“My clothes are about freedom and movement. Draped and sculpted on a mannequin, they begin life as I coil and manipulate fabric through cutting – mostly on bias – following the timeless traditions of ancient Greek sculpture. Only high quality materials meeting an elaborated technique can make a garment sing in true harmony with the body.”
The Studio
Situated in Kolonaki area of Athens,
Angelos Bratis studio was the former office of the Modernist Greek architect Ioannis Despotopoulos.
