The sale of “Angelos Bratis” branded products executed remotely through this site (here in after referred to as the “Website”) is governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Orders by phone

Orders by phone may be placed with Customer Service at
tel:(+30)2107218838 (price of a local call), Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 18:00 (except public holidays).

Orders placed by Internet on the Site

Orders placed on the Site are subject to strict compliance with the procedures described below.
Special orders cannot be placed on the Site. Angelos Bratis invites its Customers wishing to order special items to visit the boutique to place their order.

Customer’s Selection of Items

On the Site, the Customer selects, enters and validates the identification and quantity of the Items that he/she wishes to order; said Items are added to the Customer’s “Shopping Bag”.
The Customer may freely modify his/her “Shopping Bag”, delete an initially selected Item, modify the quantities ordered or alternatively add an Item by clicking on the corresponding elements within the “Shopping Bag”.

Validation of the Order

The Customer must also validate the delivery method and complete the information necessary for the proper dispatch of the order (country for shipment, delivery address where the Customer wishes to collect the order).

The Customer may use his/her delivery address as the billing address or enter another one. The Customer will then be asked to choose a payment method and complete the necessary information.

Once this information has been duly entered and validated, the price of the Items and any shipping costs shall automatically be displayed.

The Customer must verify the accuracy of his/her selection before confirming the order. At the end of the order process described above and after accepting all of these general terms and conditions of sale, the Customer clicks on “validate my payment and confirm my order”.

The languages used to execute the sale contract through the Website hereof are: English and Greek.

Product Availability

The Customer acknowledges that the products offered by Angelos Bratis on the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”) are limited in number and he/she is therefore aware that Angelos Bratis shall need to check their availability at the time of the purchase.

Occasionally the availability of certain Products may incur inconveniences. In such circumstances, Angelos Bratis shall inform the Customer promptly (and in any case within the deadlines specified below) by email that the order placed has been cancelled.

In the event the order is only partially available, the Customer will be informed about that. However, the Customer agrees and accepts to receive only the Products available, unless he/she has selected on the Website the option to receive the entire order as a whole. In such case the Customer will be asked if he/she either wishes to receive the Products that are available or fully cancel the order.

Each Product offered for sale on the Website can be viewed by following a dedicated link displaying the article’s photographic images, unit price, colours and sizes (if applicable). For those Products expressly marked on the Website as “Pre-Order” or as “Pre-Ordered Product” being not yet ready to be shipped, the relevant dedicated link will also show the relevant estimated delivery date.

The Products selected by the Customer shall be placed into a special section (hereinafter referred to as the “Shopping Bag”).

After pressing the Buy Button, the contents of the Order may no longer be modified by the Customer.


The Customers will receive the Products separately as soon as they are ready for shipping, unless the Customer has selected on the Website the option to receive the entire Order as one shipment. The Products shall be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order. The Customer’s signature shall be requested upon delivery of the Products.

In every case in which the relevant Order refers to the Pre-Ordered Products , the delivery date shall be longer than 30 days and Angelos Bratis shall deliver these Products at the estimated delivery dates or during the estimated delivery period agreed upon with the Customer, as shown to the Customer in the Product page description.

Return/Exchange Policy

Products must be returned in the same conditions in which they were delivered within 14 days from the delivery to the Customer. The Customer must therefore ensure that the Products are intact and complete, that they have never been used, worn or damaged in any way, and returned in their original packaging, equipped with all the labels they were received with. In case a Product was provided with a security tag, the return of this Product will not be accepted if the original security tag has been removed, broken or Angelos Bratis reserves the right to reject the return of such Products that should result to have been damaged, deteriorated, stained or appear to be in a condition that unequivocally shows that they have been used for purposes other than for those verifications by the Customer strictly necessary to ascertain the nature and features of the Product purchased. In the event the return is rejected, Angelos Bratis shall send a specific notice to the Customer and shall consequently not proceed to accepting the exchange of such product, reserving as well the right to claim compensation for any damage attributable to the Customer’s behaviour.

In the event the customer is not satisfied with his/her product order, a refund is not available. The customer can either exchange the product ordered with which he/she is not pleased with another product or the same product ordered in different color or size. If the value of the product selected is lower than the value of the product initially ordered, an amount will be credited for the next purchase of the customer from our online store (It must be until 30 calendar days from the day of the delivery).

The shipment costs for any return and exchanges are covered by the Customer and proceed with TNT courier (official partner of Angelos Bratis).
The return of Products under this section is only permitted in respect of purchases made on the Website.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, for orders outside the EU, your order total does not reflect the duties and taxes that will be charged to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs.  In case the product is held at customs, customs clearance costs are borne by the customer and not Angelos Bratis. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the item(s) ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. If for any reason your package has been refused at customs, we are unable to refund you the original shipping costs and/or any taxes and duties incurred.
